About this role

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in CRM integration and automation. As a specialist in CRM integration, you will be responsible for driving sales team growth by handling technical stack-related tasks, overseeing our technical infrastructure, and collaborating with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing funnels and sales systems from a technical standpoint.


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can build zaps in Zapier, learn CRMs efficiently, and create automations to increase productivity. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales Operations with onboarding and setting up new accounts and sales representatives
  • Ensure all new sales representatives are properly configured from a technical perspective before they go live to take first calls
  • Help implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes
  • Communicate with the marketing team on lead flow initiatives
  • Create and manage technical integrations using Zapier (in systems like Pipedrive, Active Campaign, Typeform, Oncehub etc)
  • Build out automations and workflows in the CRM with the Director of Sales Operations' instruction and oversight
  • Take full ownership of all Oncehub activities, including creating new master page booking links, creating new booking pages, managing resource pools, updating representative availability, and keeping Oncehub links and pathways documents up-to-date and accurate at all times
  • Resident expert on all sales systems and processes
