About the Role
Gather, analyze and document system requirements to ensure a seamless integration of our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting detailed system designs and developing release plans that meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft system detailed design documents to facilitate effective system implementation.
  2. Develop term of reference for every system to be implemented in SLMC.
  3. Conduct thorough system testing and proof of concept on all systems before implementation.
  4. Support integration efforts between different systems and applications.
  5. Assist in application development and implementation across various platforms.
  6. Manage and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.


Planning and Development
As a key member of our team, you will participate in developing our department's annual operational plan. This includes initiating proposals, activities, and programs that align with our organizational goals.

Leading and Collaboration
Effectively communicate and coordinate with all units and stakeholders to implement overall plans and schedules. Provide support to teams by participating in administrative duties, meetings, problem-solving, and decision-making. Foster a collaborative environment by giving feedback and updates on assigned projects and activities to your immediate superior.

Technical Proficiency
The ideal candidate should possess proficient knowledge of different integration, messaging standards, and payloads. This includes HL7, XML, JSON, string, binaries, rest endpoints, SOAP endpoints, queues, TCP/IP, APIs, and more. Additionally, expertise in SDLC components such as technology platforms, servers, network topology, and databases is highly desirable.
