Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telecom Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our NOC-as-a-Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' networks.

You will be responsible for monitoring network systems and tools to identify and resolve any issues that may impact service quality. This includes tracking and logging work progress in ticketing systems, responding to alerts and incident tickets in a timely manner, and coordinating with field engineers as needed.

Your strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams, field engineers, and customers to ensure high-quality support. In addition, your attention to detail and ability to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately will be valuable assets to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • You should be comfortable working in a remote setup with a headset and company-issued laptop.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Able to follow procedures, work independently, and escalate when needed.
