Job Opportunity

This contract remote position focuses on Database Management with a specialization in US Real Estate, utilizing expertise in Google Ads. As a skilled professional, you will oversee the client's CRM and manage marketing-related tasks.

Main responsibilities include administering, managing, and designing databases; maintaining data integrity; conducting data analysis; and optimizing database systems. Additionally, you will execute and monitor Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns, handle data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, and automations.

Required Expertise
  • Database Administration, Database Management, and Database Design skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in data management tools and techniques
  • Proven experience in executing and monitoring Google pay-per-click (PPC) or other Google advertising campaigns
  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing CRM systems
  • Strong database management skills (data entry, lead organization, tagging, follow-up processes, automations, etc.)
  • Intermediate or higher French-speaking skills (required), with fluency in French and English
  • Excellent English communication skills, including strong written and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and adapt to changes
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using trackers
  • Able to work during US Time Zones
  • Familiarity with the US real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Requirements
  • Personal Desktop/Laptop with at least Core i5 or higher and 4GB RAM
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (with backup)
  • Wired headset with built-in microphone (preferably noise-canceling)
  • Backup power source or alternative work location
  • At least 2 professional references required
