Senior Performance Improvement Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to drive growth across our web and product experiences.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to hypothesize, test, and implement winning experiments that drive measurable revenue growth and customer success outcomes.
- Develop and execute CRO strategies across website, product onboarding, and acquisition funnels.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with developers to implement tests and validate results in production environments.
- Utilize data analytics platforms and statistical models to identify drop-offs and prioritize highest-impact opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and business impact.
- Work with leadership to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user experience research and analysis to inform CRO strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing.
