Drive Growth as a Direct Response Media Buyer

This role combines CRO, strategy, and performance marketing to craft, test, and scale full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop.

As a world-class Direct Response Media Buyer, you will own the entire customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion, leveraging your expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop, analyzing daily campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend. You will focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying Across Paid Social + Search: Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization + Funnel Strategy: Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
  • Lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, CTAs, and offers.
  • Turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
  • Direct Response Copywriting: Write or guide ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions.
  • Match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.
  • Funnel + Offer Creation: Build new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals, coordinate landing page design and copy, and leverage proven DR frameworks for testing new offers.
  • Ownership & Strategic Growth Leadership: Set KPIs, manage budgets, collaborate with founders, and build/lead a small performance team as we scale.
Requirements

Expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads with 2-5+ years of proven results.

Experience managing 6-7 figure budgets with measurable growth.

Deep copywriting and CRO skills: able to write, test, and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels.

Experience building landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead gen flows using tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, etc.

Strategic thinking like a CMO combined with tactical execution.

Self-starter attitude, high standards, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ownership of outcomes, and metric tracking.

Availability to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours.
