We are seeking a meticulous and experienced bookkeeper to join our Tax team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and clients.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets to stakeholders, providing valuable insights into company performance.
  • Assist with audits and ensure all financial data is accurate and readily available, supporting the company's commitment to transparency and accountability.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, with relevant certifications or qualifications.
