Acquisition Marketing Officer

The primary goal of this role is to develop and drive a marketing strategy that increases market penetration in the affluent market segment.

  • Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies after conducting thorough market analysis, preparing specific marketing programs, and ensuring the successful implementation of agreed strategies.
  • Coordinate with product and channel groups to ensure program designs/concepts align with overall segment strategy.
  • Prepare Marketing Program Proposals (MPPs) to capture all cost components for various activities and monitor spending to guarantee expenditures are within agreed budgets.
  • Communicate vision/objective of segment-initiated programs to ensure timely, effective, and efficient implementation through execution channels.
  • Monitor results of marketing programs to provide timely and accurate feedback on what is and what is not effective.
  • Conduct financial analysis reports to monitor profitability targets and budget purposes.
  • Analyze consumer, industry, and competitive data to stay aware of emerging trends, business opportunities, and threats affecting the brand.
  • Work with Advertising and PR agencies, DTI, third-party providers, and other relevant brands.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Business Management/Economics/Marketing or related courses.
  • 3-5 years experience in retail banking or similar industries, including customer management.
  • Ideal candidates have experience in traditional/digital marketing, sales, branch banking, or business development.
  • Background in Analytics, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and loyalty.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, articulate and flexible.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
