Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to fill the position of Finance & Accounting Associate 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our finance team, performing various bookkeeping and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of sales orders submitted by sales teams and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the finance manager and sales management team.
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel, updating sales books in real-time.
  • Manage cash advances, ensuring authorization from department heads and prompt liquidation within one week.
  • Review and verify liquidations, preparing summary reports for cash advance liquidation journal vouchers.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly summaries of expanded withholding tax.
  • Process journal vouchers at the end of each month.
  • Coordinate with the general accounting supervisor to monitor purchase orders and plan cash accordingly.
Requirements
  • Recent graduates or those with experience in a similar role are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an accounting-related course.
