Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical documentation for internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams when needed.
  • Review and control incoming/outgoing documentation according to Document Change Form and Master document lists.
  • Receive, register, and distribute technical documentation in accordance with distribution matrixes, archiving, and documentation procedures.
  • Update and maintain engineering technical documentation.
  • Support engineering operations in transmittal of technical documentation to clients and authorities.
  • Use Autodesk applications to publish drawings according to Redline Mark-up while maintaining security and confidentiality of documents.
  • Improve efficiency and contribute to technical information processes.
  • Participate in establishing and maintaining internal procedures, routines, and check-up lists for technical information.
  • Assist MODU Technical Services as requested.
