Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead the evaluation of our national product development, promotions and merchandising activities nationwide.

This role is responsible for ensuring objective evaluations and assessments of activities through our provider and distributor partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring execution ratings and developing recommendations for improvement.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process of obtaining NPD, promo and merchandising results nationwide.
  • Ensure objective evaluation and assessment of activities through providers/distributor partners.
  • Monitor and develop recommendations to improve Execution Ratings.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in field sales both in NKAG and GT.
  • Strong data processing skills (MS Excel).
  • Ability to extract insights and recommendations from processed data.
  • Advantage if with people management experience.
