Job Summary
At Funtomato Consultancy, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling online gamers' inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will spend a significant amount of time on the phone engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.

Main Responsibilities
- Handle online gamers' inquiries and offer customized packages
- Follow up with customers to ensure sales success and satisfaction
- Conduct daily phone calls/emails on product/service sales
- Execute surveys or conduct phone interviews to understand customer problems and feedback
- Assist in recovering lost players and improving website experience

Requirements
- University/College graduate or Fresh grad/A associate/degree/vocational grad/college level with exp
- Age: 21 to 30 years old
- Strong communication and typing skills (45-60 WPM)
- Familiarity with computer/office tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
- Patience and good people skills
- Familiarity with casino games rules an advantage
- Work experience as Sales Associate/Telemarketer/CSR an advantage
- Working Schedule: 11am to 8pm, 2 days off
