Job Overview
A Sales Growth Specialist will act as a liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. This role involves seeking new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and developing relationships with them. To excel in this position, you should have experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales targets. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from initial contact until closing the deal. After-sales service is also essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and pinpoint areas for growth.
- Bid on new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Network at industry events and other channels to generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with the company's goals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients effectively.
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A graduate or college level degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
