Job Description
  • Support Marketplace Performance: Monitor reports, resolve catalog issues, and drive optimization strategies to ensure smooth operations and improve product visibility.
  • Critical Role: Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience, identify root causes of underperformance, and evaluate catalog performance using gainer/drainer reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Daily & Weekly Reports: Review performance reports to identify issues, compare NetSuite product lists with Amazon, and provide insights on causes of loss (pricing, competition).
  • Audit Brand Onboarding: Ensure listings are active, attributed, and varied correctly, recommend actions to pricing and strategy teams based on ASP trends, and support optimization tasks such as variation assembly and bullet cleanup.
  • Resolve Item-Level Issues: Monitor and resolve suppressed listings, incorrect product detail pages, and compliance flags, submit and manage support cases in Amazon systems as needed, and partner with the Marketplace team to resolve compliance documentation issues.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business growth.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like NetSuite, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
