About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to apply your writing, editing, and creative skills to an AI training project. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality text that teaches AI models to understand and generate human-like text.

As an AI Trainer, you will work closely with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine and improve content. Your tasks may include:

  • Crafting original, clear, and fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
  • Following style and quality standards to ensure consistency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of grammar and stylistic features. This can be demonstrated by holding a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or education. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience and proficient English language skills (C2 level).

You should also be able to learn new methods quickly, switch between tasks and topics efficiently, and work with challenging, complex guidelines. As this is a remote freelance project, all you need is a laptop, internet connection, and time available to take on the challenge.
