We are seeking a seasoned estimator to manage the preparation of detailed estimates for various projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on received drawings.
  • Send out and track requests for proposals (RFPs) to ensure timely responses.
  • Assemble accurate and comprehensive estimates for each project.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
