Job Description
  • Responsible for executing an annual revenue target through new business development.
  • Collaborate with vertical leaders and customer success teams to identify and address client business issues or project briefs.
  • Develop and present proposed solutions to clients, taking a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications, ensuring the delivery of quality outputs and high CSAT results.
  • Ensure vertical leaders and customer success teams have a full understanding of prospective client requirements.
  • Support in creating email campaigns via Sales Loft and ensure compliance with costing, leads, pipeline, and revenue systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years' experience in business development/account management.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, familiar with Sales Loft, PBI, Salesforce alike.
  • Ability to draw insights and convey them effectively.
