Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and organized content developer to join our team. As a key member of our content creation group, you will be responsible for developing high-quality test preparation materials that meet the needs of our learners.

Responsibilities include supporting the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials, onboarding and supporting subject matter experts and test prep content developers, incorporating learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content, managing exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exams, deeply understanding test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials, utilizing AI and other technology to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development, providing clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers, monitoring project productivity and addressing issues, and continuously striving to improve productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working in test prep content development, preferably with US tests, as well as experience working in complex content management systems.
