Accounts Payable Specialist

We seek a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee vendor payments, guarantee financial accuracy, and maintain efficient accounts payable processes. This is a remote work opportunity with a dynamic environment.

Duties
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions in cloud-based accounting software and property management systems
  • Verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Craft payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of payments
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Negotiate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related queries
Requirements
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and property management systems is required
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures, financial regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills for vendor and internal team interactions
