Job Summary:

The Program Management Officer (PMO) plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our infra division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist in creating baseline documents and diagrams, as well as working on process improvements and Continuous Improvement activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support team members with project-related and BAU activities to maximize organization impact and productivity.
  • Evaluate standards and best practices, ensuring compliance when necessary.
  • Gather data and create reports for senior management consumption.
  • Track and monitor action items based on audit results, ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist with creation of FFE and VPRC documents, tracking their status.
  • Escalate IT requests with significant issues and risks to the division head.
  • Support projects and BAU activities by coordinating logistics.
  • Consolidate data for MPR, SMC presentations, and IT governance business case.
  • Monitor the IT Request Budget and Costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as PMO Analyst (non-negotiable).
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (non-negotiable).
  • Reports Generation and Foreign Asset Inventory experience (non-negotiable).
  • Excellent computer skills and prioritization abilities (non-negotiable).
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
