Your Role

As an Integrated Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical part in supporting our team on day-to-day activities associated with supply chain compliance and operational excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely data for senior members to identify and implement continuous improvement activities.

You will act as a key point of contact for our ISC customers, escalating issues from local origin operations and proactively monitoring agreed standard metrics to drive process improvements from both customer and organizational perspectives.

Additionally, you will assist the account owner in implementing new Key Accounts or business in all verticals, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • To identify problems/solutions in daily operations flow, preventing potential service failure and driving operational excellence.
  • To help the team set up reports in systems for regular data audits, ensuring shipments are visible to customers on time and error-free.
  • To supervise the Shared Services Center (SSC) to maintain daily account performance.
  • To coordinate with various stations for timely responses to customer/supplier/destination requests, arranging conference calls for performance reviews and reinforcing origin's compliance.
  • To resolve challenges/conflicts between destinations, origins, carriers, and suppliers through fact-finding and local resolution where possible.
  • To share best practices among stations to support customer growth and service quality.
  • To control team coordination on central billing from origins, ensuring error-free billing on time and issuing single invoices/billing summaries to customers on time.
  • To prepare reports, including daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and send them to customers/management in organized and timely manner.
  • To coordinate with internal departments – Air, Ocean, and other roles to ensure their service levels meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
