Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Account Executive for our Global Mobility team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through full sales-cycle ownership, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Deel's Immigration offering and industry trends, and building strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions effectively.

This role requires collaboration with our core Account Executives to ensure a cohesive experience for clients, driving business growth through effective partnership with our SDR function.

Fostering strong connections within the sales, marketing, and product organizations is essential for delivering exceptional client experiences, utilizing presentation, demonstration, and communication skills to drive results.

Maintaining accurate customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system is also crucial.

Requirements
  • Based in APAC
  • 2+ years closing sales experience.
  • Mandarin language skills are essential due to customer coverage.
  • Experience with process/playbook selling (MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continuous learning.
  • Prior experience in Immigration, Legal preferred but not mandatory.
