Job Overview

The senior fullstack engineer will play a key role in helping professionals advance their careers at top-tier companies. Our interview coaching platform supports candidates through every stage of the hiring process, from preparation to offer negotiation.

We're looking for a detail-oriented fullstack engineer who's passionate about keeping things simple and helping our clients and coaches thrive in their careers. The successful candidate will report directly to our technical lead and be trusted to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-end Development: Build pixel-perfect interfaces starting from a designer's wireframe in Figma using Vue and Astro.
  • Back-end Development: Create backend applications using Python and SQL. Experience with Django and PostgreSQL is a plus but not required.
  • Empathy for Users: Consider whether what you build will really make a difference for the user.
  • Effective Communication: Speak and write English fluently and be comfortable with verbal communication on video calls and written communication on Slack, email, etc.
  • High-Quality Code: Maintain high quality in your code and care about shipping things fast and making an impact.
