
Senior Case Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to facilitate the progression of client matters by managing workflows, tracking case statuses, and resolving workflow issues. This role ensures timely task completion, supports reporting, and promotes clear communication to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and track legal pipeline tasks to ensure progress within deadlines and milestones.
- Review weekly case statuses to identify overdue tasks or delays requiring attention or resource adjustments.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments, address workflow issues, and ensure progress is maintained.
- Assist in preparing reports to highlight case progress, workflow patterns, and areas needing improvement.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure deadlines, time entries, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and facilitate case status meetings to discuss next steps and assign tasks.
- Provide updates on case pipeline status and escalate ongoing challenges.
- Implement changes or improvements as directed by leadership.
- 3 years of experience in a legal environment (e.g., case coordination, paralegal work).
- Strong understanding of legal workflows and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- General knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
