Website Project Coordinator
Description:
The Website Project Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients and the production team, ensuring seamless project execution.
The coordinator evaluates project progress, ensures it remains within scope, and maintains project timelines within approved schedules.
They add value to clients through exceptional customer service and collaborate with the product development team to create top-tier products and services.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients and production teams regarding new/updated processes or products, providing feedback to management to enhance products and services, and reporting department performance on a weekly basis.
Key qualifications for this role include experience in project management, preferably with a background in art and design, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
