About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive UX design process for our digital offerings, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Requirements
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user personas.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
