Inventory Management Specialist

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all inventory processes are accurate and efficient, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the inventory process and team members to achieve inventory accuracy.
  • Manage employee schedules and attendance.
  • Develop skilled personnel for current roles and prepare for future challenges.
  • Optimize warehouse space by setting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise physical counts and reconcile inventory levels with data storage systems.
  • Handle replenishment and rack transfers for order fulfillment and manage aging inventory.
  • Notify relevant departments of non-conformance, shortages, or overages.
  • Process transfers immediately upon warehouse receipt.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
  • Strong ownership and operational discipline
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory experience with both direct and agency employees
  • Attention to detail and process improvement background
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Applications
  • Ability to read, understand, and report data
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
