Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

This is a high-level marketing role that involves driving business growth, coordinating proposals, and creating innovative multimedia marketing materials. As a marketing coordinator, you will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and be passionate about storytelling, branding, and strategic marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end proposal and RFP coordination to drive business development.
  • Develop compelling narratives, visuals, and layouts for client proposals and presentations using your creativity and technical skills.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, and digital assets to support our marketing strategy.
  • Support business development by tracking leads and managing CRM data to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate project photography and videography for documentation and brand storytelling to showcase our expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and automate routine tasks.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in architecture, design, or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing designs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, data analysis, or marketing automation.
  • CRM experience with platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate with our team.
