Driven to succeed in our fast-paced and dynamic environment, we are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We require a strategic and analytical individual who excels at building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of driving and expanding our affiliate marketing program, ensuring strong collaborations, profitable agreements, and high-performing campaigns that contribute to our company's expansion.

You will identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners, negotiate profitable affiliate contracts and commission structures, track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns, develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, create and execute affiliate promotions, incentives, and marketing materials, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage high-value affiliate partners to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Negotiation and Optimization: Negotiate profitable affiliate contracts and commission structures to maximize ROI and track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to improve performance and conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and engagement.
  • Promotion and Marketing: Create and execute affiliate promotions, incentives, and marketing materials to enhance program success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive affiliate program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation and Partnership Development: Skilled in negotiating affiliate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and industry trends and ability to develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing plans that align with company growth objectives.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to track, optimize, and improve campaign performance and ROI and proven track record in affiliate marketing, ideally within eCommerce.
