About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Professional Learning Developer to join our Learning & Development Team in Ortigas.

The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, preferably with Retail Banking experience, and expertise in handling volume programs, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning and development solutions to build employee competencies for current and future roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.

You will also create and implement a competency-based framework and curriculum, leveraging various learning methodologies and the Learning Management System, while continuously measuring and improving program effectiveness.
