Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day Company Payables functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Maintain carrier relationships, reconcile statements with company records, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and initiate payment runs, adhering to scheduled cycles and payment terms.
Tech Stack:
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools, preferably Quickbooks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Company Payables Specialist or similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex billing data accurately.
