Growth Marketing Manager Job Description

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and growth? Do you have experience developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention?

  • About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and implement campaigns that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels, including email marketing, paid media, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and events.
  2. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.) and make data-informed decisions to optimize marketing performance and improve customer journeys.
  3. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve marketing performance and optimize customer journeys.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented role.
  • Strong background in data analytics, paid media, email marketing, and CRM programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
