Operations Director

We seek a seasoned Executive Leader to oversee the execution, performance, and profitability of specialty real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Direction: Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans for each asset class, balancing profitability, market relevance, and brand standards.
- Ensure timely project turnover and operational readiness of completed developments.
- Lead site and asset operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
- Manage financial performance metrics for all managed assets.
- Drive revenue optimization and cost efficiencies across all properties.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team including property managers, leasing teams, and service partners.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project transitions and consistent service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or similar postgraduate education is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate operations, hospitality, property/asset management, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of operational nuances across hotel, retail, and residential.
