Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and managing cross-functional improvement projects, analyzing existing operational processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes. Develop project plans, set objectives, and track progress using established metrics.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on operational excellence methodologies and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging team members to contribute ideas.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports to management on project status, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience.
