Account Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Officer to manage loan booking and release processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and credit policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking approved loans in accordance with bank guidelines
  • Confirming approval terms and conditions with clients/branches
  • Reviewing loan and collateral documents for completeness and sufficiency
  • Facilitating loan document signing and coordination with clients/branches
  • Liaising with internal and external clients for document submission
  • Providing regular updates on loan booking status
  • Tracking and monitoring document deficiencies

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on account management and loan products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
