The Solutions Designer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of new products and services, as well as enhancing existing offerings. This role combines customer-centered product vision with technical know-how to ensure product-market fit and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the product design and development team, establishing processes and mechanisms to support effective delivery.
  • Act as a key member of cross-functional product teams, collaborating with engineering, technology, marketing, finance, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with Product Owners to deeply understand customer needs through research, data analysis, testing, and direct engagement.
  • Define customer experiences via specifications, user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups while prioritizing features and assessing trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Technology Leads and engineers on solution architecture and with Test Leads on quality assurance and edge case handling.
  • Drive product development from concept through to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery through effective project management.
  • Monitor progress through structured schedules, milestones, and stage reviews to ensure objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to align on strategic objectives, secure budgets, and report on progress.
