Are you an experienced and skilled Virtual Assistant looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for someone who can work effectively in Go High Level (GHL) to join our team as a GHL Specialist.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in using GHL for CRM setup, automation, funnel building, and client management. As a GHL Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and managing GHL accounts for clients, creating and optimizing funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL, integrating GHL with third-party tools, and managing and monitoring email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience working with GHL CRM, setup, automation, and funnel management.
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • The ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
