This role entails:
- Preparing for business UAT, user stories, test cases, and personas to ensure seamless implementation
- Providing level 1 UAT support to address technical queries or concerns
- Developing training materials with the training project team and running support for issues during training
- Contributing to the discovery project team as a system expert with knowledge and connection from a technical perspective
- Participating in the design project as a member, completing workbooks under SME oversight, configuring and mapping workflows, and updating requirements to meet P1 build
- Gaining system build knowledge in preparation for business go-live, ensuring smooth transitions
- Preparing data and configuring it to provide to the data specialist for data loads
- Responsible for system outages, providing level 1 support for day-to-day system failures from both end-user and system administrator perspectives, including workflow failures, error outs during payroll processing, inability for end-user submissions, blocked users, updates to the system upon user exits, updates to onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding letters, contracts, and documentation
- Ensuring workflows are checked, re-routed, and re-established in line with business updates
- Familiarity with integration suites for failure response
- Administering system changes, such as department additions and cost centre administrators

Please note the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or any related field
- Experience using HRIS tools (preferably SuccessFactors) in configuring, designing, building, documenting, and implementing
- Experience using HRIS tools (preferably SuccessFactors) for payroll (both PH and AU)
