About Us:

The Jollibee Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate University Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our corporate university strategy, driving business results through effective learning and development programs, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning and innovation throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall corporate university strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs, including curriculum design, instructional design, and training delivery.
  • Cultivate partnerships with global and regional stakeholders to drive business results through effective learning and development programs.
  • Oversee the execution of policies and standards jointly defined and agreed on by the various Academies.
  • Select and manage third-party vendors for corporate university initiatives to ensure consistent application of our learning strategies and policies.
  • Analyze learning data and report on learning requirements, using insights to inform the development of future learning initiatives.

Academy Management:

  • Builds Academy capability; develops, maintains, and enhances the Academy portfolio in consideration of existing and emerging capabilities.
  • Takes part in the ADDIE process to support yearly learning initiatives for global roll out, program offerings, curriculum and instruction, methods, etc.
  • Supports the development of the Academy SMEs, trainers, and facilitators to enable them to champion the learner experience and promote the learning philosophy and other related policies in the areas of curriculum development, program content design, evaluations, and assessment.

Curriculum And Instruction:

  • Designs and develops curricula.
  • Takes part in policy, process, and standards reviews.
  • Develops content development strategies for multiple modalities, platforms, and different audience types.
  • Develops systems, templates, and standards for curricular materials.
  • Reviews LMS usage and management in alignment with curricular requirements.
  • Takes part in the development of annual learning plans and budgets for programs.
  • Develops solutions that provide relevant, challenging, and productive learning experiences.
  • Takes part in the assessment of learning needs and gaps in required capabilities/competencies.
  • Researches and drafts learning content.
  • Collaborates with SMEs to design and develop accurate, globally consistent training content (e.g. facilitator and learner materials, presentation media, job aids, and knowledge checks).
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of curricula and improves learning content and methods based on learner data, instructor feedback, and external industry standards.
  • Takes part in creating the global development program for internal learning resources (Facilitators, Trainers, and SMEs) and monitors its implementation.
  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of global internal learning resources.
  • Takes part in managing a community of practice for internal learning resources and provides a mechanism for best practice sharing.
  • Partners with JWS Learning Services on database maintenance of internal learning resources.
