Key Role in Shaping Customer Experience

We are seeking a skilled Senior Learning Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business, leveraging your passion for learning and development, strong background in technology, and expertise in creating technical documentation and user content.

As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing blended learning training programs, providing coaching and support to training managers and specialists, collaborating with external clients, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Blended Learning Training Programs: Design and deliver engaging training programs that drive business growth and enhance employee engagement.
  2. Provide Coaching and Support: Offer guidance and support to training managers and specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Collaborate with External Clients: Work closely with external clients to understand their training needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Report to Senior Manager, Learning & Development: Contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
  5. Oversee Testing, Selection, Deployment, and Maintenance of Learning Solutions: Work within the Learning Science, Innovation, and Technology (LSIT) Center of Excellence to oversee the testing, selection, deployment, and maintenance of learning solutions that use evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven technologies.
  6. Translate Ideas into Repeatable Solutions: Translate ideas from Learning Innovation Specialists into repeatable, documented, and well-governed solutions across four pillars: Process & Vendor Governance; Documentation Factory; Learning Tech Requests & Support Intake; Dashboards & Insights.
  7. Review, Document, and Update Documentation: Review, document, and update documentation for tools and applications used for customer-facing training.
  8. Serve as Liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology Teams: Serve as a liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  9. Document Technical Aspects for IT Teams and Clients: Document and maintain a database of technical aspects regarding access, approvals, integrations, and data security for internal IT teams and clients.
  10. Submit Purchase Requests and Generate Purchase Orders: Submit purchase requests and ensure generation of purchase orders in TTEC's procurement platform.
  11. Maintain Intake Process for Learning Technology Access Requests: Maintain the intake process to track learning technology access requests, troubleshooting, and product support.
  12. Create Documentation for Demos, Workshops, and Educational Sessions: Create documentation such as sizzle reels, job aids, infographics, and FAQ guides for demos, workshops, and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology.
  13. Oversee Department's PowerBI Dashboard: Oversee the department's PowerBI dashboard for goals and tasks related to enterprise and customer-facing/operational learning innovation and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with Strong Background in Technology and Technical Writing: Possess a Bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
  • Advanced Internet Skills and Computer Knowledge: Have advanced internet skills and computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Project and Process Management: Have knowledge of project and process management, especially agile approaches.
  • Advanced Office Skills and PowerBI: Possess advanced office skills (especially Excel) and PowerBI.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Creating Technical Documentation: Have 4+ years of experience in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and basic graphic design.
