Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Professional engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting is crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, are necessary to effectively interact with international clients.
