Job Opportunity

An expert in facade engineering is sought to analyze building inspection data provided by an AI platform and generate comprehensive reports for clients.

Working directly with clients, the ideal candidate will provide expert advice on repair and maintenance projects, assisting them in developing and implementing detailed maintenance plans for their properties.

Key deliverables include ensuring all reports meet high standards of accuracy and detail, reflecting the insights gained from AI analysis.

The successful candidate will work remotely, effectively managing communication and project deliverables across different time zones.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven experience in facade inspection, maintenance, and structural reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data from structural analyses
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English to effectively interact with international clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently in a remote setting
  • Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
  • Prior experience working in a remote capacity is advantageous
