Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity compliance frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The key responsibilities of this role include analyzing and interpreting regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies, collaborating with external teams to identify and mitigate risks, communicating directly with clients via various channels, managing multiple projects, and leading a small team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding a small team.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients in the US.
- Experience working in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks.
- Familiarity with creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
