Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating cybersecurity risks across the organization.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security threats, and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks through threat analysis, risk assessment, and vulnerability management
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on cybersecurity best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • CISSP or equivalent certification
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
