We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide patient support and navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with ease and confidence.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that combines compassionate support with efficient processes to ensure patients receive the medications and services they require without unnecessary stress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll patients in aid programs, providing them with information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Effectively manage post-enrollment work such as submitting claims or ordering medications.
  • Review enrollments for accuracy and completeness, identifying opportunities to improve products and services.
  • Escalate and appeal assistance denials, always providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-performance environment with hands-on experience working in healthcare.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to offer emotional support and empathy, and passion for patient well-being.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, pass a standard background check and drug screen, and complete medical clearance per health system requirements.
Work Environment
  • Remote position requires a distraction-free office environment that is HIPAA-compliant, where Atlas is professionally represented.
  • Maintain an uninterrupted internet connection, ensuring minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps and minimum download speed of 5 Mbps.
  • Use a router with Ethernet ports wired for gigabit speed connections.
