Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Debug complex API issues, LLM hallucinations, and integration problems using production tools and techniques.
- Investigate system performance and identify areas for improvement through analysis of system traces in Honeycomb and other observability platforms.
- Develop and deploy JavaScript code snippets to enable customer website integrations.
- Perform thorough root cause analysis on system-level issues and data inconsistencies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on production systems.
- Strong programming background in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Expertise in API debugging - REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols, authentication.
- Production systems experience - logs analysis, monitoring tools, system troubleshooting.
- Database knowledge - SQL queries, data analysis, performance optimization.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI model integration.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and model behavior.
- Knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
