Administrative Financial Coordinator

As an Accounting Assistant at Shalom Packaging Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include performing daily financial transactions, preparing payments, and monitoring payables and receivables transactions. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in accounting and finance, and to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data* Prepare payments by accruing expenses and reconciling accounts* Monitor payables and receivables transactions* Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting* Assist Accounting Supervisor in achieving departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
* Degree in accounting or finance* Experience in a similar role* Strong analytical and communication skills* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
