Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EV Project Coordinator to manage electric vehicle charger installation projects.

This role will act as a bridge between internal teams, utility companies, permitting authorities, and clients ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and communication flows seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
