The role of Product Structurer plays a crucial part in achieving this goal. As a key asset, you will work closely with Relationship Managers, Salespersons, and Traders to identify hedging and investment opportunities for clients.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing, structuring, and creating products/solutions for both individual and institutional clients of the Financial Markets Sector. You will act as the product manager for identified structured products, providing analytics for customer decisions.

You will also be responsible for ensuring full compliance of structured financial solutions, including related documentation. This requires a high level of analytical and communication skills, as well as expertise in financial mathematics and product development.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Financial Markets products, including derivatives and structured products. Experience in product development, corporate finance, hedging, investments, and risk management is highly desirable.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your competencies in networking, sales, and marketing, relationship management, product development, and strategy implementation. Your ability to communicate ideas effectively between traders, salespeople, and clients will be essential in this role.
