Job Overview

The Order to Cash Process Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, breaking down sub-processes from a transaction management perspective and owning the creation and publication of SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Order to Cash process from start to finish.
  • Break down complex processes into manageable sub-processes.
  • Develop and publish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Communicate process improvements and updates to team members.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of error data bank.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in relevant field.
  • Formal education and relevant expertise in professional, sales, or technical area.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
